Background of request
A request from a family visiting Japan, drawn to its food culture and craft of production.
We proposed Tawara Natural Farm, thirty minutes east of central Nara, and worked with the owner Sawa Fukui to design a half-day programme.
Experience details
A thirty-minute drive from the Nara Park area into the Yamato Highlands.

Kurabi handled all transport and interpretation, accompanying the family throughout the half day and translating the conversations between Sawa-san and the guests.
