Pricing

Prices are listed on each experience page. Individual bookings (1–9 guests) can be made and paid online.

For group bookings of 10 or more, please contact us directly. Group rates are available upon request.

All prices include Japanese consumption tax.

Additional fees

Personal expenses such as transportation to the venue are the customer's responsibility.

Full payment is charged at the time of booking confirmation.

Delivery

Experiences are provided at the date and time selected during booking.

Cancellation

• More than 8 days before the experience: full refund

• 7 to 3 days before: 50% refund

• Within 48 hours: no refund

• Operator cancellation or severe weather: full refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

An internet connection and the ability to receive email are required.
