The morning began in the hotel's meeting room, with Zen meditation guided by Ryushin Minagawa of Sansho-ji Temple. The forty executives spent quiet time deepening their breath.
Following the meditation, the group moved to the floor space for a tea gathering — a single bowl of tea before the meeting ahead.

Kurabi handled the venue setup, on-the-day operations and interpretation. The programme was designed to flow naturally into the start time of the meeting.
