Design and craft your own ceramic deer figurine inspired by the beloved deer of Nara Park in a hands-on workshop.

Receive your finished piece worldwide
After the workshop, your deer figurine will be carefully kiln-fired and finished. In approximately 3–4 weeks, it will arrive at your doorstep with worldwide shipping included.

"Very interesting workshop."
The steps were explained and demonstrated very well. You can also customise the figure’s pose and appearance quite individually, resulting in a truly unique piece. Definitely a lovely handmade souvenir, rather than “just” buying a small figurine in a shop. Since the workshop was held in a very small group, there was also time for some conversation with the instructor. Thank you again for that. I’m already really looking forward to the finished result!

"Had an absolutely wonderful time."
Had an absolutely wonderful time making these creations and just talking with our host in general! He welcome us with hojicha tea before we started and then walked us through the steps of how to mold our deer. From there we were able to customize our deer exactly how we wanted them to look and I'm very excited to receive them in the mail in a couple of weeks!
