Zazen practice
Experience seated meditation under the monk’s gentle guidance. Embrace stillness and self-awareness through hands-on zen practice.
Night walk
Conclude the session with a quiet walk through Nara’s peaceful streets, deepening your sense of calm and connection to the surroundings.
