About the Service
What is “Join on the Go”?
It’s a service that lets you discover and book experiences happening today, tomorrow, or the day after in Nara — right on the spot.
No app download is needed; just scan the QR code to access.
What kind of experiences are available?
We offer small-group experiences unique to Nara — such as tea culture, traditional crafts, meditation, and nature activities.
Each experience is hosted directly by local artisans, monks, and farmers.
Booking and payment
How can I make a reservation?
You can easily book through WhatsApp. Our staff will reply after checking availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card payment is available on site.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, we can provide it on the day or send it via email.
On the day of the event
Where is the meeting point?
Each experience page includes a Google Maps link. Please double-check when booking.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive about 5–10 minutes before the start time.
Are the experiences suitable for children and families?
Yes, most experiences are family-friendly.
If there are any age restrictions, we will inform you in advance.
Can we join as a group?
Yes. For groups of 5 or more, please contact us beforehand.
Weather and cancellations
Where is the meeting point?
It depends on the activity — most are held indoors.
Some, like walking tours, may be cancelled in case of bad weather.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Since advance payment is not required, there is generally no cancellation fee.
However, in case of a no-show (cancelling without notice), the full amount will be charged later.

Are the experiences available in English?
Yes, all experiences are available in English.
